Unable to Load Sitemap Data

I get this message when I try and look at Sub Pages within my sitemap through the dashboard. I added pages under a page in the main nav and the + sign shows up beside the page I added the new page under. Once I click on that + to see the sub pages it take me to an error message saying:
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, root@1st-response.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
I did a fresh upload of Concrete 5.4.1.1 and everything was going fine until this.

Please update to 5.4.2
Is there another way because i have developed a couple other sites on 5.4.1.1 on the same Hosting company and has been fine.

I'm no 5.4.2.1 and its still doing it for me. I cant believe there is only one thread on this.. I cant even freaking do updates because 1/2 the time this stupid message pops up. It's a game changer w/ this system - I mean completely worthless at this point.
