Unable to use editable areas

I am using 5.7.5.9 version.
I was able to change to edit mode and edit areas on my pages. But suddenly I can switch into edit mode, mouse over an editable area and I get nothing. Not even the green border. And there are some buttons in the top edit bar that I can't use.
What has happened? Any thoughts?

You have several javascript errors on your page, those will definitely cause problems with the editing functions.
