Unable to connect to database

I am going nuts! I have a database created in mysql as hosted by UK2.net

I have a username with a password with the appropriate rights

however I can not connect to the database.

Any ideas

your host should be able to confirm if the account is working or not.

Thankfully it turns out as a complete Noob, I had got one of my database logon fields incorrect. I am now 'Cooking with Gas' and already running 4 concrete sites in my soccer club!
