Uninstalled and reinstalled C5 and can't use addons [Solved]

Alright, so today I purchased a couple addons for my cConcrete5 site. I installed them and all that. Then shortly after I logged out to preview the site without the C5 dashboard banner at the top, and when I went to sign back in I couldn't. I tried resetting the password but I never got an email. Eventually I gave up and decided to uninstall C5 and install it again. When I got it all set up, I went to install the addons I had purchased a couple few hours before. I noticed that they weren't listed. I am assuming that's because I had them assigned to project before I uninstalled C5. But I thought since it was the same domain and project name they would still work... apparently not.
Can I still use the addons? I never even used them before. All I did was install them. Never got to edit anything.
So is there any way I could use them at all? Would I be able to get a refund for something like this, and just purchase them again? I don't have the money to buy them again...

You should still be able to download the addons you purchased. Go to My Account at the top of the concrete5 website. The click transactions on the right side. Then click licenses, then find your addons. Download, unzip them and put them in your root/packages folder. You should then be able to install them via the dashboard.
I figured it out now!
I did what you said but there wasn't any download button like there was before I downloaded it the first time. All I had to do was release it from the old project by going to the old project page. Then I could download and install it again normally. I feel like an idiot for not figuring that out... I suppose I can get away with the excuse of I just started using C5 yesterday.
