Upcoming Events List for Google Calendar
Permalink
Hi all,
So I've set up my first site using concrete5 and am trying for the life of me to integrate google calendars as an event list. Embedding the calendar itself is very simple with inserting html or an iframe so I don't need help with that. I want to create an event list of upcoming events in a list format. I'm surprised at how hard it is to find support anywhere online for something like this because I thought it would be a popular use but I'm at a loss!
See what I've done so far,http://www.nychuskies.com (the table on the right). Currently, I'm using a block with RSS with the XML URL generated from google calendar. However, this creates a highly uneditable entry and includes events that have happened in the past (I just want upcoming). Is there a way to change how this is displayed? All I really want is the name of the event, date & time that it is happening and that's it. Currently, it has when the event was published and a bunch of other stuff.
Somethign like this exists on wordpress too,

Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. Will this addon allow me to edit the xml feed? I have no problems displaying it, just want to change the way it looks. Thanks.
