Upcoming Events shows dates 24 hours in advance.

Hi,

Ive bought and installed Upcoming Events, given it my google calendar public xml address and my local timezone of Pacific/Auckland but it shows everything 24 hours ahead of when it should. When I click on the event it shows the correct date.

Ive tried changing the PHP code in the block to NZ (which should be outdated), Ive left it blank, Ive added the appropriate code to my site.php file but nothing works. Ive cleared the cache all through testing to find out whats wrong.

Ive contacted the developer who has simply replied asking if it works with Pacific/Auckland.

If I supply a timezone in Australia the date is correct and the time is behind by the expected amount but when it comes to NZ everything is 24 hours in advance.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as Im out of ideas on what to try.

you know ProEvents has a google XML feel for the calendar view. have you tried that? I see you've purchased a license before?

Hi Chad,

Yes I have bought ProEvents as I wanted to see if it would help get around this problem but Im having trouble with that too :)

Whenever I try to edit the settings page from the dashboard I get a "Page Not Found. Cant find a page at this address" error and I get the same when entering my public address (and changing the basic to full?1=1&singleevents=true bit as well.

I see in your support page someone has recently had a question around the week from goolge view (sorry forget the exact name) and I have the same error but I couldnt see where to check the version I had installed or how to update it to the 7.0.0.2 version you mentioned in your reply.

Sorry, its been a long day !

[edit]
Going left to right across Australia it shows the correct date and time in Perth (-4 hours), Darwin (-2.5 hours), Adelaide (-2.5 hours) but whilst Melbourne has the correct time (-2 hours) its already a day ahead to the 15th.

Cheers
Martyn
