Updating my page and deleted my nav and links off of my page now gone on all pages

I made the mistake of deleting all the links in my at sidebar tinabg.com. I thought I was only deleting the links for that particular page but when I looked at it today I saw that I had deleted it for all the pages! Is there any way to get my site back the way it was before I deleted everything in the sidebar?

I was able to go into full sitemap and enable system files then from there I could see versions of my navigation sidebar and was able to restore them that way.
