Updating Problems
Permalink
Hi C5 Community,
I have 2 websites that I'm trying to updated to 5.5 and neither of them are working. Here's the error message I'm getting for one site.
Warning: require(/home/content/59/8519759/html/updates/concrete5.5.1/concrete/startup/config_check.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/59/8519759/html/updates/concrete5.5.1/concrete/dispatcher.php on line 11
Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/content/59/8519759/html/updates/concrete5.5.1/concrete/startup/config_check.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /home/content/59/8519759/html/updates/concrete5.5.1/concrete/dispatcher.php on line 11
On the other site, when I click on the Download button in the dashboard, all I get is a blank page with a 0 in the upper left corner.
I am new to web design, so if you have any help for me I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks!

Hi, From what version are you upgrading from?
From 5.4.2.2
Have you checked the directories / files to make sure they are there? if they are there give them full read / right permissions just for the update.
How are you running the update also? Are you doing it manually or via the dashboard?
