Upload file and automatically resend it to email

Hello,
In our site we have a block (?) where people can upload their resume (CV) to our company if they are interested in applying for a job.
http://www.sensocure.no/about-us/vacancies/...
The resumes get uploaded alright, but they are just stored in the file manager, and the admin then has to log on, get the resumes, and then forward it to the HR people by email.
We are not able to write our own code. Is it possible to get a predefined block/script or whatever so that any uploads of a file from a certain page goes directly to an email?

Many of the forms packages already include an automatic email facility on form completion.
Thank you, JohntheFish. I found your add-on now. However, that is way beyond the extremely basic need that I have. I simply cannot believe that Concrete5 does not support such a simple and common feature requirement. There are so many ways to do this with Wordpress.
None of my addons have that functionality. You need to look at the forms addons.
This would actually be an easy task.
You could post it in the jobs forum and I am sure many could do it for a very reasonable price.
