Upload user file from front to file manager

Hi

I need include in billing page a ajax-form to upload user's file.
there api functions for recording in the file manager on server side?
I need to associate a title for file uploaded and the order number

it is possible?

I install miniajax plugin for upload files and in server side the php is
it not possible to upload files manually?
