Uploaded Files by page composer/user to Set folders Locations

Good Day all
Ok here is my issue if any one can help. I have created a nice site and have organized all files into folders etc so the file manager is all neat. But the client creates news articles using the composer and onpage editor. This is turn dumps the files in the root folder of the file manager.
So my question is is possiable to assign all uploaded files for a page or usergroup to a set folder location - example - news/2019/
