uploading file

is there a way for me to use the uploading files features on the back-end to use it in the front end?

maybe just pickup the some parts and put it into a custom block?

any pointers?

First of all, the answer will be different depends on what you want to do with it.

But I assume you want any users to be able upload the file.

5.3 will have a tons of new features. And one includes the upgrade of form blocks.

The guest and users will be upload the files through Form Block.

So wait for a few weeks, and you'll have this feature.

your assumption is right, that's what i want.. can't wait for v5.3.

i tried to search around but can't seem to find what's new on 5.3, is there anywhere that i can take a look at what's coming up?
