I'm moving a site from the development server to the new one that it will go live on. I use to have pretty url's enabled but I turned them off and I'm still having this problem.

The problem is that when I try deleting my page paths and locations it re-enters the old one's from the dev server. So then I tried to paste a url like this in the page paths and locations ... /index.php?cID=55 and I save it then when I go to look at my site I see that it has changed from this /index.php?cID=59 to this... index_phpcid59 and I'm getting a error on my page saying its not there anymore any ideas?

my third level nav is picking up the from the second level nav as well example: /index_phpcid59/index_phpcid66

I also deleted my .htaccess file completely and then i added a blank one to ensure that this file wasn't the problem.
