use autonav as menu on external page

I would like to use the auto-nav menu on my external shopping cart to keep my my site similar throughout. I wanted to put the shopping cart in an i-frame, but the cart vendor said not to do that (mess up php sessions and other things???), so I want to put the C5 menu in my cart's header which allows html code. Is this possible and if so how???
