hi all, now i move my riset on User & Groups, some question i want to confirm?

1. if i set 'Registration is enabled, but must be manually
approved.' in login & registration, is admin get confirm by
email when someone registration? can we do that?

2. when i logged in as admin, i can login as other member by click
'Sign in as User', even if i dont know the current password,
this is holy sit idea :), i imagine that just like stealth,
is the password save in database not encrypted?

3. How can we add value when we 'Add User Attribute', as texfield
or something, i dont see field value?
