User Login Form "Not A Member "?"" How To Add Question Mark

Hi All,
PLEASE OPEN THE .PNG ATTACHED TO THIS MESSAGE
Concrete 5.6 Using Using Dreamweaver CS6 but any text editor will do.
With that out of the way....
It didn't make sense to me to have a question mark on the FORGOT PASSWORD? section and not on NOT A MEMBER.
So, in case anyone else wants to be an anal rententive, grammar nazi like me, here's how to do it.
Open YOURSITE/CONCRETE/SINGLEPAGES/login.php in your text editor.
Scroll all the way to the bottom and you'll see the text like in the picture I've attached. Simply add the question mark where I circled in red and there you go.
