User to add subpage using advanced task permissions

Hi.
Within Concrete5 version 5.5.2, I have advanced task permissions enabled and have given a user the right to add subpages underneath a specific page.
When the user logs in I get the Edit and Add subpage buttons. The user is able to select the page type, add a title but as soon as he clicks the "Add Page" button, the explorer defaults to the Concrete5 login page. Logging in again, does nothing.
Here is an extract of the address in the explorer. It might help solve the problem of mine "&mode=edit&ctask=check-out-first&ccm_token="
