This may have been discussed somewhere however I can't seem to find the specific solution:

I have granted my client permission to edit her site, she can edit it, as in the page goes into edit mode however when she goes to add in images she is unable to access the media library or the scrapbook featuires that I get as administrator. Is their a simple way to enable these features and possibly other features that I am able to use as an administrator?
