Using an automated job to send out the Form Report (excel download) to an email address.

Has anyone set up the automated jobs to email users?
What I would like to be able to do is send an email to 1/multiple users with an attached excel file taken from the Form Reports section, for a specific form.
If no one has done this before can anyone give me a few tips or point me in the right location to dig into this?
