I have built a public site in c5, and I'd like to utilize the same instance of c5 for a collaboration site for a subset of users from the public site. The needs seem reasonable: calendar sharing, file sharing, file versioning, files in folders (not sets), file check in/out, admin ability to track logins and downloads, community dashboard displaying recent uploads and upcoming events. I think I can accomplish most of this with core features, ProEvents, and FileTree. However, I can't figure out whether there are any add-ons that will support individual file check in and check out, and I'm not sure how to track downloads for files not in the file manager. Thoughts or suggestions? Am I missing something obvious? Thanks.
