I manage purchasing and shipping calculation through my website using the ecommerce plug-in. This has worked well in the past but recently my customers are only provided with the Express Mail option for shipping. I suspect this has something to do with USPS changing their menu of shipping options and concrete 5 not adjusting the ecommerce program to allow the new options. I am losing a lot of business because people do not want to pay for Express shipping and that is the only option they are given even though I have several other options selected in the ecommerce program.
