Vagrant script for quick c5 setup (5.6 and 5.7)

I've prepared some utilities for getting a c5 site up quickly, and have updated them for 5.7 now. The foundation is Vagrant, VirtualBox and Node. When you have them installed, you can set up a new c5 site in a few minutes (installed, no need to enter DB information).

No problem, hope it will be useful! It's not as fancy as when using chef or similar, but for getting up and running quickly it's great.
