Validate a version

Hi,
I'm creating a single page which is modify one of my block. So, When I modify somes informations of my blocks in the single, it change in the database but not in the view on my site.
But when I validate my version of my site, the modifications appears.
Question : How can I validate a version of my site into the code ? To do this automatically.
