Variable holding authenticated user data?

Hi people!
I had just downloaded Concrete last night, and spend hours playing with it, and it is amazing!
Now I am building a block, and I need to know some info about the user (such as if it's logged or not, his username, if it's an admin, groups).
I am digging thru sourcecode, but no clue yet.
