Version 5.7 - Disable Link In Nav Attribute

Has the 'Disable Link in Nav' attribute been totally removed from 5.7?
This was a great option in 5.6 when using dropdown menus with a Parent page which you didn't want to be a link.
Is there now an alternative rather than the compromise of linking to the first-child.
