Version of Apache/IIS and Zend framework

Hi, I'm new in the concrete5, I read the documentation of concrete5 but i not clear the version of
Apache:?
Zend:?
IIS:?

So anybody can clear my doubt and reply the minimum version of apache/iis and zend.

It works on Apache or IIS, but Apache is recommended.
Apache 1.3.x and higher (Recommended apache 2.x)

I could not find a definitive answer regarding the version of Zend Framework used in Concrete5, but everything i've found says it uses the "latest version."
