Vertical Superfish Menu Help

Hi,
I'm using the superfish menu addon and am really impressed with how easy it is to use, but I really need for it to be able to live on the right hand side of my pages and subsequently display sub-menus to the left not to the right.
Any help/suggestions/code much appreciated.
