visiting a specific page only with a login

HI! is it possible for the admin to create a user, enter some content in a specific/private "User's Page" so that this user must login to view it, and all other pages in the site be public.
(Each user sees only his own private content - nobody else's content-and the public pages)
Is this achievable only with Permissions? or it needs some extra addon/block or coding?
