Want blogs .... didn't install sample data :-(

I didn't install sample data during C5 install. I gather this would have made it much easier for me to setup blog page. I'm well into a site creation... is there any way to get this sample data installed at this late stage?

What's best approach?

Thanks Hut .... came across this short while ago but it seemed to relate to earlier version of C5 and the differences threw me. Followed them as far as they were applicable but did not succeed in getting the required result. However, will try them again on a dummy install.
