Want to link particular PDF file on the value to Select Box?

Hi I am building a website wherein I want the user to select the product name from select box (this is not a dynamic select box, i have given all model names while designing)and then after submitting the user manual of that particular product will be available for download, now how can i link a particular option in select box with the pdf file?

Please suggest..
