webfusion woes
Permalink
Hi there,
has anyone used webfusion before, I have installed a site and everything works apart from the ability to upload files. I have seem a couple of forum posts that seem to deal with the issues I am having but none of the solutions seem to work :(
I have tried changing the file.php (but to be honest not sure I know what I am doing) but this didn't work..
Please Help...

HI,
thanks for the quick reply, I have adding a support ticket but the system won't let me. The site is hosted on a vps server (xcalibre?) so this is probably why.
Are you able to help me if I pm you the server login details?

Hello,
Yes if you can provide some details such as the domain name or IP address of the server I can locate your account and we can look into the issue and will be in touch.

Have you made a support request to our team? If so can you provide the support ticket ID and I will look into this issue for you. If not you can make one here:
https://www.webfusion.co.uk/support/login.aspx?returnurl=protected/a...
We will then be able advise you further on the cause and the solution to this problem.
Regards,
Nerys
