Good Morning Everyone!

I have been playing with concrete5 trying to build a website for a small business I am in the process of starting. I would like to have a website up and running by mid October. I have a good idea of what and how I want the site to look like and work. I would like to keep it simple so that I can make changes as needed. I do not have a "large" budget to work with. I am looking for someone to basically start the website to get it up and running. Please contact me if you are interested.
