Website FROM email address

Running latest version of Concrete5 and have configured SMTP settings to send through Office365, but mail hosts say I must update the website sending FROM email address to match.
How do I change the website FROM email sending address?

Had the same problem if I was using internal mail function or SMTP. Found the FROM address was whatever the admin email address was. Had to change it through database login. Emails now coming from updated admin email address.

Yeah, If you do not define the FROM email address it will default to the admin users email address.
That's fine if you are happy to have the admin users email address as the FROM email address, however, if you want to use a different email address then you have to define it as such.
The version of concrete5 you are using will determine how and where you create that definition.
