Weird behavior after moving site to dev server

Hi There,

I've recently moved a site to our dev server by:
- Turning off pretty URLs
- Disabling Cache
- Exporting the database
- Zipping the website files
- Uploading and unzipping the files
- Importing the database
- Updating site.php

SPECIFIC ISSUES:
1. Clicking the sitemap or file manager when viewing the site results in unstyled, non-popup versions of both

2. All images seem to appear in the file manager but images show up as broken when:
- They're in the slideshow
- They use the slider custom template for the page_list block
- They're in the sortable fancy box gallery
- They're used in a custom page_list block

I've never seen this but am really not sure what is going on sorry.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Re-uploaded everything again and all is sweet.
