weird line of text on my page

Anyone have any idea why a giant 201C appears in the middle of my block of text?

I was just doing basic text to the block and then this big 201C started showing up when i "publish". Can't seem to figure out how to remove it.
any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

i'm attaching a screen shot. but it just appeared in the middle of my text!

Use Firebug in Firefox to track down the markup that's presenting that. It could be another block with absolute positioning, or missing tags.
