What add-on or template do I need: I would like external users to upload pictures

Hi All,
I have a precise need for my website and if anyone of you could suggest a template or an add-on, this will certainly save me hours of searching :-)
I would like external users of my website to be able to upload a picture + a comment + specify country they are from.

I think you would need a custom block. Josh at c5extras.com is good.

You can probably do all this by enabling public profiles and then adding user attributes. A user's profile page will then show the appropriate attributes.
