What do this mean and how to resolve this to access my website

You are trying to grab the handle of a block object, but the block object doesn't exist.

Did you recently add/remove a block type?

Can you access the dashboardhttp://www.site.com/dashboard orwww.www.site.com/index.php/dashboard?...

If so, just uninstall the add-on that broke your site.

If not, FTP to [root]/packages and remove the package (be sure you have a backup).
