What slider/carousel would have a set of the following options

Hello!
Could you please help me with an issue: I need to add a blosck woth pictures (logos). They shouls:
- be clickable (to add external links)
- there should be an opportunity to resize images
- opportunity to choose the amount of images showed on the page at once
- slider/carousel - the images should move
- opportunity to add titles to each image
I have exmined almost all sliders, carousels and galleries, tried many of them, but they miss one or another function that I need.

well, do you mean slider, carousel, or gallery? You seem to use these interchangeably here, but they're all different.
Well, as far as I checked the descriptions of add-ons features, it looks that either slider or carousel would suit our needs the most.
