Where do I find area dimensions (Main, Sidebar) for a particular page ie Left_Sidebar

I'm not sure where to look for the area dimensions. Specifically widths. I assume I should be looking for a a css (using plain Yogurt) - I check Main.css and Typography.css - looking for left_side bar css or smething
I want to add images to the main page area of the Left-side bar page. It's approx 400px and want to add three pics in a table and need to size appropriately. (I think I'm close)
Any help / direction appreciated.

Its not specifically stated in that theme but measured it comes to 196 pixels for the sidebar and 540 for the main area.
Thanks for the quick reply - Can you tell me where these are referenced? Some thing .css I assume or is it is a ***.php page?

Its not directly mentioned anywhere. the only number is for the whole body area which is the entire width.
