Where's my best chance to find a good designer?

I can do all the work but would love a custom theme from. I like basic, but have a business with 3 sub business's Two of which require store fronts and the third could really use a booking/schedule system if it exists.

Small business... So not a huge budget.

Please respond here if you can do this or know a place I can go look.

Would require examples to prove you know what your doing and the persons ability to stick to a deadline!
