Which add on for rotating line of text

I need to add a rotating line of text as kind of like a "Didja know?" section.
Kind of like at paypal.com...
Which add on would be best for this? I've combed through most of them and am not quite sure. I wouldn't want quotes...just a constant
Did You Know? And then this text would rotate.
