Which add-on is being used on the C5 showcase / add-ons page?

I'd love to create a similar page to the showcase / add-ons page on the C5 site where you can filter and sort the results. Is this an add-on that can do this out of the box?

Thanks, I had a look at this but I couldn't quite work out how the results would narrow when you tick more boxes in one category? Shouldn't this widen the results? Or does it look for a combination of ALL the ticked boxes in EACH of the products?

there's a checkbox for "strict" mode which makes the searching an "AND" statement. otherwise it searches as an "OR" statement.
