whole C5 site lags because of a few files?

I just set up my first C5 site for a client.

Everything works, but really slow, because almost every page load lags up to twenty seconds because of some or many of these files:

It always some of those that can be seen from the activity window in Safari when I'm browsing the site.

I have a C5 installation also on an another host, and it works a lot faster. What could cause this behavior?

the first two are required to display your theme, the last two are only required when being logged in, well i know the 3rd for sure, not sure on the 4th as that is translation and I haven't done anything at all with that.

Your server is slow. That's it.
