I am in the process of setting up a navigation menu for my site:

http://www.billmosstents.com/test

The tabs should read:
Home/Intro/About/Books/Blog/Contact

HOWEVER...Instead of Blog "Tent Talk" is coming up. This is the title of a blog post
put is not in the sitemap and is not the name of the blog.

Any ideas on how to change this.

Also, having trouble creating a submenu under "Books." Books is supposed to be a placeholder, with 2 items in the submenu. I set it up with Ukao Menu but developer seems to have gone AWOL.

I am new at all of this and would be so grateful for any help....
