Weird hash in page paths

Anyone out there know why this weird hash is appearing at the end of every path in this site I just launched?
It looks like this:http://www.vickishiba.com/gallery/featured/ceremonial-blanket/#.UI9...
That url is not so 'pretty'!
(There's nothing in strange in my .htaccess...)
