Windows Server 2008 R2 (IIS 7.5) Cache Issue

Hey All,
Getting some serious slow downs on a W2K8 R2 server when basic cache is turned on. Requests are generally taking 1sec with some spikes at 3-4sec. We have other sites on the box that are all ok.
Anyone had any experience with this before I start digging around?

Yes, I did. It turns out that (my setup of) IIS doesn't play too nicely with the standard caching.
I switched to using WinCache. See the post below for more information:
