Would C5 be the right choice of CMS for this website? Which mods would I need?

Hi all,
I'm new to Concrete5 and am checking it out to see if I can use it for my websitehttp://www.romanticretreats.co.uk.... This has always been a little sideline project for me but it just keeps growing and I'd like to move it on. It's currently built using websitebaker which I think is a great CMS for smaller, more 'rigid' websites but what really lacks is a good search or filter functionality.
I'm looking to create something likehttp://www.fihotels.com - I really like their functionality and think it would suit my site too.
For instancehttp://www.fihotels.com/hotels/catalogue/... where you can filter the results (looks a bit likehttp://www.concrete5.org/about/showcase/!)....
I would also like to have the tabs per hotel listing such ashttp://www.fihotels.com/hotels/catalogue/east-lodge-country-house-h... and the possibility to show the content from these tabs on other pages such ashttp://www.fihotels.com/hotels/special-offers/....
It would also be great if the hotel and cottage owners could log in and add their own special offers.
I'm looking for a cms that still has a strong hierarchical page structure like I have on my current site.
Is any / most / all of this possible using Concrete5 out of the box with perhaps some bolt ons? Which mods should I be looking at?
Thanks for your help!
Konrad

Thanks for your reply - very useful. FIH is still down can you believe it! They have some really good filters so you can filter the hotels by price, location, features etc or a combination of the above.
Does anyone know which mod is used on the filters on the C5 site, such as on the showcase page?
They also have tabs on each of the hotel listing pages - one default overview one, one for offers, one for location, gallery etc. From the special offers page on the site it shows the special offer content rather than the general one. So the info in the various tabs can be used on different pages, depending on how applicable it is. Hope this makes sense and perhaps there is a module for this for C5.
As soon as the site is back up I will let you know so you can have a look for yourself.
Thanks again,
Konrad

catalogue- you can do something like this with eccomerce relatively easily
not sure what you mean by tabs per hotel
Concrete5 advanced permissons would be really great for adding your own- you can let them have access to certain parts of the dashboard but not others really well. You may have to do some custom coding here, but the user permissions is really flexible.
concrete5 does have a hierarchal page structure that makes it really easy to organize
