Wrapping blocks

I have an Area in my template that the client will always insert a 'Content' block.

Is is possible to have this wrapped in a <div> tag, so that each time a block is added so is another div?

$d->setBlockWrapperStart($start);
$d->setBlockWrapperEnd($end);
$d->display($c);
