xception occured when i am trying to navigate in the dashboard

I created a website and when I go to the login page and I try to connect,
I have this message error (see picture) and I need to wait 30 secondes before refreshing the page and it works, and if I try to navigate in the dashboard the same bug appear and I need to wait before refreshing the page.
Any solution ?

Looks like MySQL is crashing on your server, this would be something to contact your host about.
You can also get that error when a database query takes an extremely long time to execute.
What I can do ? I just try to go to a page and if I try to show the sitemap I have this error (image)
