Zenlike Theme Navigation Bar - Change Color?

I am using the Zenlike theme on a site.

I'd like to change the color of the nav bar from green to something, well, else.

I'd also like to change the color of the menu items themselves.

Can anybody point me towards the right snippet of code where I can make these changes?

OK so, what forum is a better one in which to ask questions that get answered?
